What's your take on the "calcium form" of HMB . . .or the HMB "free acid" form . . . any difference?

Or is this similar to the different variants of creatine we have now? . . . just bullshit.

The HMB free acid stuff is reportedly very good, though the data is not terribly believable. I think there's a small benefit to be had from HMB if everything else is in line.
