This is a fallacy. There are multiple problems with eating too many micronutrients from certain foods (though admittedly you'd have to be somewhat dumb to do so) and NO, more is not better insofar as it improves any outcome. The nutritional bias that "more" or "cleaner" is better is not well supported even though there are many people who ignore this.

No, I don't think that eating liver, insects, etc. makes someone healthier in such a way that improves any measurable outcome other than placate a subclinical eating disorder.

Also, don't eat too much bear liver! The bear will come back.
