I suppose, since it was an experiment of sorts. I notice an increase in performance with an increased dose, but I think I found my upper limit. 1000-1200 mg for a meet is good (400 is normal for a training session), but somewhere between 1200 and 1800 it passes the top of the crest and is too much.Was it for science?
