Protein Powder recommendation
If somebody can't take whey protein powder (an allergy raises their heart rate too much) and can't use egg protein powder (cost them a pair of pants or "explosive diarrhea is only funny when it happens to other people"), what protein powder would you recommend using?
Also, since everything works very poorly in comparison to whey what dose of BCAAs should they take to even out the lack of performance on the part of the protein powder involved?
They would rather just eat solid food, but due to school/work/etc. find taking a good 75g of protein a day in liquid form is helpful.
