What is Recomposition?
Hello,
I was reading your article 'to be a beast', where you offer 3 approaches Muscle building, fat loss and recomposition - but I don't really understand what you mean by 'recomposition'. I'm guessing you mean something like changing a person's muscle to fat ratio for the better, but even so, I wasn't clear how that would be different to fat loss.
I'm not sure if I should be using the recomp or fat loss variation, so I just wanted to clarify what was meant. And why recomp might be selected over fat loss, for example.

It's a slow change, usually weight gain but can also be loss too. Staying exactly the same with little increases in muscle mass and decreases in fat mass is impossible though, in general.
