    Hi Jordan, am I a candidate for milk / bulking or do I need to lose some BF first? I feel like I'm inbetween skinny and fat?



    Bodyweight 94kg
    Squat 107kg x 5
    Bench 58kg x 13
    Dead 117.5kg x 10
    Press 42.5kg x 8
    (Doing greyskull lp)

    You don't need to do GOMAD, but you can skip the AMRAP sets, keep adding weight to the bar and gain weight slowly...1kg a month tops.

    Cutting first would just delay getting strong and gaining muscle. Let's not do that.
