    Hi Jordan,

    I thought as a physician you might be prepared to shed light on the following topic. It seems to be common knowledge (at least over here in Germany) that training with a cold/ flu-like infection increases the risk of catching a myocarditis (inflammatory cardiomyopathy). From your experience working with many clients as well as your medical understanding, is there a real danger to it or is this just another fairy tale without scientific foundation?

    I don't think this is well supported by evidence, at least not that I've seen.
