Not a nutrition question, but I've been trying to follow your intermediate program for a few weeks now. So far it's a much needed change from TM, and I can see results on my lagging bench press already.

My question is about ballpark numbers to use for my work sets. I'm new to both RPE and some of these variations, so I'm not sure if I'm close or not...

Say my best lifts are around 455 squat, 260 bench, would this make sense?

Competition squat: 330ish
Paused squat: 315ish
Front squat: 200ish

2count pause bench: 190ish
competition bench: 200ish
tng bench: 220ish

Is this even close? I'm least sure about the squat variations and I think I'm being too conservative in general...
