Increasing the Wingate 0.08 is an error bar. It's a stretch to call that an improvement, certainly one that could be ascribed to many other things. Hell, a different warm up protocol is worth ~3x the "difference" found in this Ubiquionol study.
Claimed ~2.5% power increase with 300 mg CoQ10.
