Could be the email settings or my mailer settings. I'm not really sure how to fix it.
As far as the conditioning, I'm using it as the training's intensity gets higher and I don't want to sacrifice as much fatigue on conditioning as I would before. And yes, I would use that as your HR and yes it can improve aerobic conditioning, which yields a better platform for anaerobic conditioning.
