I was thinking about dropping 100 calories/week, and then when weight loss plateaus, drop another 100 calories/week. Figure if I went from 172 to ~212 in 8 months, that 1/2 of the weight is probably fat, so slowly cutting down to 192 might be reasonable? Then next time I bulk I'll take a slower pace...
