Thank you first and foremost for taking the time to answer our questions.
I'm 34m. 5'11 208 lbs 19%. My current 5RM are the following:
SQ: 325
Dl:400
BP:240
OHP:155
Macros are 225/325/85. Fiber intake is about 30g per day.
I am running the 4 day version of TM, however my progress on TM is beginning to stall. I am wondering if I have to go up in weight to make progress. Thank you for your time.
