    Hi Jordan,

    Thank you first and foremost for taking the time to answer our questions.
    I'm 34m. 5'11 208 lbs 19%. My current 5RM are the following:
    SQ: 325
    Dl:400
    BP:240
    OHP:155

    Macros are 225/325/85. Fiber intake is about 30g per day.
    I am running the 4 day version of TM, however my progress on TM is beginning to stall. I am wondering if I have to go up in weight to make progress. Thank you for your time.

    You're going to have to stop doing TM, because it isn't very good programming.

    What would be your recommendation of an intermediate program if not Texas Method?
