Could I get your thoughts on moving the 4 day texas method volume days to Thursday and Friday. I thought maybe having an extra day to rest after the volume days would be beneficial versus intensity days. It seems for me that recovery is easier over the weekend instead of the work week. However I don't want to compromise the integrity of the program. Thank you very much!
