    Ten minutes warmup on the rower seems excessive unless you live in Alaska. I do about 2 minutes, sometimes less if its a hot day. Dynamic stretches or static? You don't want to do static before a workout. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to do the stretches, even that might be excessive.

    Don't know if you're doing this or not, but don't rest between warmup sets. And don't rest between excercises.

    Usually in the rest time of my last set I start getting stuff ready for the next exercise so I can jump straight in (getting weights set up, moving my bag etc)
