I have my programming figured out for my DL nowadays.
C/P is an interesting peaking program, but it isn't something you can run as a long term solution.
There's a simple wave loading routine of singles at a certain percentage of 1RM, once weekly you can try. Because your never using more than 85%, and because the first few weeks are more like a speed deadlift workout, it's not difficult to do with that frequency and probably won't tap into your squatting as much. It goes:
Week 1**65% x 15 sets x 1 rep
Week 2**70% x 12 sets x 1 rep
Week 3**75% x 10 sets x 1 rep
Week 4**80% x 8 sets x 1 rep
Week 5**85% x 6 sets x 1 rep
Week 6**MAX*

try plugging in numbers and you'll quickly see why it's not long-term
if you say you're going from 400 to 600, your first workout is 450 x 2 lol
lol, I didn't even make the connection. When I said C/P, I meant Coan/Phillipi.
He told him to go to the 2012 thread, or to f4's log, because this thread is destined to have some craziness on it, and he wants no part in it.
Every time I think I am getting fluent at pathspeak, he throws a curve-ball, but I am confident about this translation. =)
