Doing something like the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes 3 days per week is decent cardio that doesn't impact legs too much. Light sled dragging, and walking with or without a weighted vest can also work.
Hi there, i wanted to ask you about some suggestions regarding conditioning which would get nicely along lifting weights.
i do texas method right now, i wanted to add conditioning day after volume day and after intensity workout.
i thought about something areobic in nature after volume day, and some high intensity short duration stuff after intensity, could you suggest something that would not destroy strength gains ? Is it good idea to include some areobic work if someone goal is strength?
let me know if you need to know anything more about my training ..
lifts -
squat -396 pounds for 3
deadlift - 440 for 3
overhead 154x5
bench 230 pounds for 2
goals - squat up to 440 (2bw)
deadlift up to 2.5 bodyweight (i weight 220)
bench - up to 1.25
overhead - 1xbdw.

cool,ive got something like that in my gym, i will start with two longer session next week and report back how it worked.
