    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I tried squats today and they felt pretty good so I think I might keep them in one day a week. For the other day on which I used to squat, I can just focus on getting more bench volume. Maybe do some tricep extensions.

    No, I've actually never learned any of them other than the SS low bar back squat
