    Do you have access to a Prowler? It would be a good way to do conditioning and too much of it will give the feeling "like death" afterward.

    Eventually I will either find a friend to weld one, or make a ghetto one out of 4x4s. I would like to enact the pain that was written down in an article in the resources section.
