It's a lot of unnecessary food, that makes GOMAD look quite tame:
Oh man not this discussion again. Do we always have to talk about Everyone-on-the-internet's fear of getting fat?

His target demographic is typically young guys who want to get bigger. Plus he's got them doing conditioning 3-4x a week on top of a pretty large amount of volume. It'll be fine as long as they're not fat already. And I'm pretty sure Wendler would say if you're already fat you shouldn't really be... "bulking."

Plus he says this: "all ate at least 1.5 pound of ground beef a day and ate one dozen whole eggs a day. That’s the only thing I required via diet. They could eat whatever else they wanted throughout the day provided they managed to eat those two things, every single day, for 6 weeks"

So if you are already a fatty, maybe don't eat the burger and pizza and shit.

Damn Sean that looks amazing. I applaud your eating prowess.

sure - that's a nice breakfast, but what about second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and the post six-pack meal?

Good for moving heavy weight because of the short distances? Absolutely. The one drawback is that we are pretty much bulking after 3k a day. You cant fit too many cookies, candies, cakes, and junk, and stuff, into 3k a day.
