Strength and Mass after 40 chins
I'm male, 50, 6'1", 220, trying to lean out on your program and was looking for something besides losing a lot of weight to help my chinups get beyond the pathetic level of 2-3 max per set and found something like this in a search. What do you think?
Tuesday upper back assistance (after Squats):
BW Chins 10 reps, as few sets as possible
Lat PD 5x6 heavy, strict
BB Rows from the floor 3x8-10
BB curls 2-3x6-8 heavy, strict.
Should I add another chinup workout on Friday after DL?

Yes, you can. Although if you get gassed on deads you might have better luck doing chins FIRST in that workout, before you squat light and before you deadlift
