Not really. Only if you have specific areas of the body where you are chronically stiff/sore/immobile/tight/in pain, then I think some daily stretching/soft tissue work can be helpful. So its a little bit individual there.
If you have that feeling of just overall stiffness/soreness/lethargy/tightness that is just very mild, but kind of "all over" then I think increased circulation helps. In this case I prefer 20-30 minutes of moderate cardio. Light sled drag, incline treadmill walk, or elliptical are all good. So not intense conditioning, but just getting blood pumping all over seems to help. It does for me
