Today's 3x5 squat felt kinda light. Wednesday I'm about to hit my all time 1x5 all-out 100% effort Squat PR hopefully for 3x5 which is nice.

Also I'm beginning to like that feeling of not being completely exhausted when I leave the gym.
Run your LP, do your fahves. Let's see what happens when you train.

Nailed it! And they felt even lighter than on Monday. Especially on the first set reps were so fast. The plates rattled and I had to pay attention that the bar does not jump off my back. Could have done 2-3 more reps, but haven't.

Also PR'd on the Press and Power Cleans.

Actually everything is feeling rather light at the moment, except for the bench, which I am relatively stronger at than on the other lifts.

I'm so happy that I finally see some progress. I think the biggest culprit was, that I did waaay to much volume before and now I'm able to recover from all that.

Thanks, Rip (and the rest of you guys)!

Bench LP will end soon. I think I will stall the next Bench workout but I can still progress LP on Press.
So I thought I could do heavy Bench on Monday (weekly progression) and Press on Wednesday and Friday (Linear Progression).
But I'm not sure if that Bench workout on Monday will be enough to drive progress for the following Monday's Bench.
The same goes for the Deadlift.

I would need a mixed approach. Squats, Press & Power Cleans LP, Bench & Deadlift weekly progression.

    Something like:

    Monday
    Squat
    Bench
    Deadlift

    Wednesday & Friday
    Squat
    Press
    Power Clean
