First Quad Exercise on KSC Method for Powerbuilding
Hey Andy,
I am getting started on the KSC Method for Powerbuilding, and am wondering if lunges and/or the leg press (back rest laid back as much as possible with feet up high?) are adequate exercises to use as the first quad exercise on Day 5 after the LBBS? I have had some lumbar disk issues in the past and am hesitant to do either hack squats or front squats. Thanks.

Leg Presses for higher reps (15-20) will work well right after you do your heavy squats.
