Finished GGW last week, here are my results:
Squat went from 365 to 385
Press went from 175 to 185
Deadlift went from 455 to 465 (probably could have hit 485 if I attempted that first)
Bodyweight stayed the same, or went down a few pounds 6'1", ~210#

    Things I liked:
    - workouts are not mentally taxing
    - squatting 3x per week dialed in form
    - deadlift volume (3 x 4-6) made surprising difference in intensity effort (i.e., PR felt easy)
    - 3 days vs 4 means less days per week in cold garage

    Things I didn't like:
    - 3 days means longer workouts in cold garage

I really enjoyed this program and like the full body HLM template. I think this will probably become my winter program. During warmer weather, I'll move back to a 4 day (shorter workout) program.

Glad you liked the program. Adding 20 lbs to your Squat and 10 lbs to your Press while reducing bodyweight is pretty damn good actually. Especially at 6'1 and 210.

    Very nicely done.

My bodyweight hasn't gone up either and I'm about to finish up week 6 today. Looking ahead at weeks 7-9 (especially 9, 4x4 @ 430 squat) the weights look like they're going to be challenging but I'm thinking I should be able to get through them. Right now I'm on track to be hitting my old PR's from when I was 260 a couple years ago.
