Default Unsynchronized programming for the squat & deadlift

I was thinking about a 2 days split, 2 weeks cycle program and spliting the high volume squat and deadlift on seperate days in order to make the workouts easier and shorter.
Since the process (stress/recovery/adaptation) for the squat and deadlift are not synchronized, will they interfere with each other and produce overtraining or slow/stall progress?

    Week 1, Day 1
    high volume Squat
    high volume Press/bench
    Pull-Up

    Week 1, Day 2
    high volume Deadlift
    deload Press/Bench
    deload Squat

    Week 2, Day 1
    high intensity Squat
    high intensity Press/Bench
    deload deadlift

    Week 2, Day 2
    high intensity deadlift
    Dips
    Rows

    Add weight & repeat

Are you doing a major cut? If so it would make sense. But if your #1 goal is strength at the moment, this is just suboptimal.
