Yes I was making progress using ramping 3x5 once per week.

I started missing reps. I have now switched to a similar set up as I am doing with my squats which is 2 top triples combined with back offs plus an amrap if I feel frisky.

I have yet to implement this 4 day split. Its going to happen eventually.
