Build up your tolerance to the volume without excessive loading.
I am noticing that people that do this program seem to find the first 3 weeks very easy. Is there a reason for the first 3 weeks that I am not seeing being that it is pretty light going? Since you wrote the program I am assuming you have a good reason for weeks 1-3 but just looking for further clarification for when I start the program.

Maybe, maybe not. Not every training week can be high intensity. Building up your work capacity with higher volume on the front end is important. Shave your rest times way down and things will get harder
Thanks Andy, I have been intuitively doing this by using 2-3 min rests on the "easy" weeks.
