    starting strength coach development program
    Today, the squat went up by another 2.5 kg, and during my 1st rep of the work set I realised it's no different to the last workout.

    And why wouldn't it be the case?

    I have come to realise that the new weight is just an increment heavier than my latest adaption, just like the time before that and the time before that. It feels the same but the bar is bending a lot more and I see more weights on each end - this linear progression is an amazing phenomenon.
