Last weeks of a HLM
Hello Coach, I read the sticky, and I will try to keep this as brief as possible. I'm in the later stage of my current HLM program where I'm doing five singles, 3x3, and one set of five. My percentage offset is 10 and 20%. My squat is approaching new 5RM territory on medium day. I basically feel as if I'm doing two heavy days a week at this point. Should I consider resetting a little for medium and Light day? Or just keep grinding them out? Thanks

Keep going until you can't and then reset. Sometimes this happens with HLM. Light and Medium days will creep up and be not so easy, but that's how you get stronger.
