    Question Training Logs

I am currently training a handful of people and have given them all training logs which they use. But since they take their logs home there is not much time for me to review progress and plan programming. How do professional coaches keep a record of their clients progress?

the SSOC uses fitbot. Not sure of the cost or anything though. works well for communicating programming changes, etc. But you generally still have to plug results into an Excel file if you really want to analyze trends, etc.

This is what I use. Can access it anywhere. Can easily edit on my phone from the gym, or wherever you find yourself. Google has a history of deep-sixing their tools and services (Buzz, Talk, Wave, etc) but if it ever came to that, it would be easy to export to Excel or any other spreadsheet application you might use.

Yeah, sorry, I did mean Google docs spreadsheet, FWIW. In my head, spreadsheets = excel for some reason. Like tissues = kleenex.
