Bench press stall
I'm doing SS workout 3 days a week and I stalled on my bench press today. I'm a guy and my bodyweight is 165 lbs @ 5'10 and I'm eating 3100-3300 calories a day. I managed to get 130x5, 130x5, 130x4. What do I do? Do I deload 10% or do I try benching 130lbs again on Monday?
Would learning to do dips help my bench press. I cannot perform 1 bodyweight dip so maybe there's some weakness holding back my bench press progression?

Get Bodyweight to 185 and your bench will unstick dramatically. 5'10 and 165 is not a viable ht/wt for an adult male strength trainee
