Bruised rib - can't power clean
I've bruised (or maybe broken) a rib. I can manage all the lifts except the power clean... no way can I power clean right now. I'd like some suggestions on alternatives for programming purposes. FYI: Chin ups and BB rows can be done with no pain.

Either is fine to alternate with the deadlifts. If you are a novice, I'd say just do Chins.
