KSC Method for Strength Lifting & Power Clean/Snatch
Andy,
I picked up your KSC Method for Raw Powerlifting and am on my first week of the strength lifting routine. I would like to continue training at least one of the olympic lift power movements. Where would you suggest placing the power clean/snatch into the routine?

After the volume squats in place of the stiff legs. If you want to keep stiff legs in the routine move them to the deadlift day as back off work
