    Looking ahead to end of novce LP and what would happen next...

    On a HLM program, Squats are on each workout, bench and press also. For the other exercises deadlift on the heavy day and power clean on the light day. For the medium day - what should I do?

    Chins are often stated which is not to easy for me as I work out inside my house with a squat rack and now I'm in my 53rd year I am not looking forward to trying to do them. Would the lying tricep extension be a possible variance to chins?

    Otherwise, would prefer to deadlift on the medium day (2x per week) and power clean on the light day.

    Should be pleased to hear of comments and suggestions.

    You could actually power clean 2x per week if you want to really get good at them and deadlift on another . Or you could do your HLM pulling structure with: Deads / PC / SLDL.

    LTEs aren't really a "lift" so just throw those in on Friday if you have time/energy.
