TM HML hybrid question
Andy,
After 14 weeks of LP, im ready for something more complex. I dont have time for a 2 hour volume session to do the 3 day TM and im hesitant to do the 4 dya TM bc i really like full body workouts (squat, press, pull all 3 days) and i like a 3 day workout week. So, i was planning on HLM but still doing the TM intensity day in place of the H day. For example:
Heavy day
squat 1x5 PR
bench 1x5 PR
DL 1x5 PR
Light Day
squat 3x5 (80%)
press 1x5 PR, 2x5 (90%)
power cleans 3x3
medium day
squat 3x5 (90%)
bench 3x5 (90%)
RDL 3x8
Am i going to get enough total weekly volume by doing this? I know the intensity day is only 1 set, instead of 3 like LP so im worried im going to regress. Any thoughts?

Make your heavy day heavier to start with. Like 3x3 instead of 1x5.
