Optimal way to program presses when training two days a week
I'm currently doing the following:
Mon Squat 3x5 Bench 3x5 Chins
Thu Press 3x5 DL 1x5 Chins
But fairly quickly ran into stalls in both presses, is there any better way to program them? A back off set or two for volume after main sets?
I don't have much more time to train so doing them both twice a week is probably out of the question unless I did one set.
Squat/DL are going fine, so far...

Bench and press both days, alternate volume and intensity.
