    Andy,

Intermediate here (sq 470, ohp 225, 520 dl)

As I see you are pretty experienced dealing with little ones while still gaining strength.

What is the best advice you can give ?

My plan of attack is either GGW or HLM with singles across on H day.

Problem is, shitty days are not predictable so I might need to hit the gym for a H day feeling like shit, or even light days feel tiring.

Do GGW and put your wife on baby duty the night before heavy day. And stock up on coffee and power through it.

Thanks Andy for the tips, I guess that's the plan for the next 18 years.

Once you start popping out kids you can pretty much just expect to be tired the rest of your life.

It's ok I am an adult and I just train for fun after all.

Just a side note here, I would like to thank you for your HLM series. I noticed - others as well - I look more muscular and strong compare to TM where I had a chubby look to be honest, maybe the distributed volume and/or lift variations give some size.
