Press Progress
Andy, I'm following the classic Texas Method with alternating bench and press. BP2x/wk OHP1x/wk and then alternates the following.
The OHP is a hard to make progress and I am working with lying triceps curls after intensity Day to give assistance.
I am guessing that building in some push presses will benefit due to putting up heavier weights - slow in the eccentric for added enjoyment!
How should I build this into the program?

I don't program push presses very often. On your week where you put OHP on Wednesday don't go light or lower the volume too much. Make that a heavy / high volume workout as if it were a Monday on the TM.
