    Hi Andy, last night I got maybe 15 minutes of sleep due to a new medication. I went into the gym today expecting to squat 345 for 3 doubles but barely hit 315 for 3 singles. The bar speed on these was very slow too. Since this is an offload, would this have a lower stress effect or would the stress on my body be just as bad as a heavier weight since the bar speed was slow and it was an all out session on that particular day?

    Still a stress, but hard to calculate the effects for practical programming purposes. Catch up on sleep and try it again. These things happen. Even more so than food, it's hard to overcome the effects of very poor sleep. Don't stress about it.
