    Hey Andy,

    I am currently running GGW to good effect. Just wrapped up week 6. I have a meet coming up on September 16th.
    Running out GGW to week 12 leaves me with a six week gap between end of program and the meet. I don't want to peak too early, nor do I want to beat myself into the ground with high intensities. Should I add another three week cycle after week 6, using a percentage between week 4 and week 7? I.E. week 4 SQ was 335x6x4, week 7 SQ planned at 360x6x4, so start a three week run with 347.5x6x4 and do the same for the other lifts? Then stretch out the peaking phase to two weeks? Not sure about the best way to approach this.

    M, 41, 281, 6'2" 1RM SQ 445, B 305, DL 465.

    Yeah, maybe insert another moderate volume phase in there and try to time it so you have about a 7-10 day taper effect going into the meet where volume is reduced but int is kept somewhat high, but not maximal.
