Hello, I've been running a heavy/light four day split for quite some time now and have made some progress but am wondering if doing this on my own has slowed down the progress more than it should have. What's prompting this is the stalling on the press and bench press and some trial and error on different sets and reps.

Below is a link to what I've been doing. Did I misinterpret the way this program was described in the book? Should I try something else?
