    starting strength coach development program
    I plan on doing a full review once completed. I'm 7 weeks completed all on a cut and GGW has been great program so far. The wave loading schedule is perfect not to over tax you. I'm running this program on a cut while playing baseball 2 nights a week, basketball 1 night, just turned 44 with 3 kids, and feeling good with no injuries to mention. I'm excited to see how I can round out the last 3-4 weeks back on a surplus and try for some new maxes at the end.
