Mon - Clean / Squat / Bench
Weds - Snatch / F Squat / Press
Fri - DE Squat / Incline / Deadlift
Mon - Clean / Push Press / Squat
Wed - Snatch / Front Squat / DE Bench + Close Grip Bench
