So in first trying to understand HLM I thought it was structured differently than how it in fact is. I'm just wondering what you think of the following. Instead of doing all Heavy movements in one day, what if you devoted each day to one Heavy movement and followed that up with your medium and light? I'm pretty new to this so I'm sure something like this has been put forth already, or if it hasn't there's a reason it hasn't.

Monday (Squat): Heavy Squat, Medium Press, Light Pull

Wednesday (Press): Heavy Press, Medium Pull, Light Squat

Friday (Pull): Heavy Pull, Medium Squat, Light Press
    ----------
You can tamper with it however you like to optimize but you get the basic idea: intra-session HML.

If this has already been laid out somewhere, where? If not, what could one do to make it better, or is it just a shitty program in general?

    Thanks

No this is fine and I probably do this more than I actually put everything together. My Garage Gym Warrior Program is a HLM program and I have it laid out this way.

I just finished my novice LP, and this is almost exactly how I structured my HLM after reading some of Andy's articles on it.
