4 day TM Split Setup Feedback
Just wanted to get some feedback on this program setup. I'm effectively trying to do a 4-day split for bench and squats, but still work in some power movements as I start to re-introduce the Olympic lifts. I based this loosely on a program in the book.
The only thing I've changed is added power snatches and rack jerks in the same week as power cleans. Might be too much volume, but I generally suck at power snatches right now and can't do much weight anyways.
Monday:
Bench Volume
Press 3x8
Tuesday
Back Squat Volume
Power Clean 5x3
Rack Jerk 3x3
Thursday
Overhead Squat (it's extremely light right now) 3x3ish
Power Snatch 5-6x2
Jerk Recoveries
Pullups
Friday
Squat Intensity
Bench Intensity
Press 3-5RM
Deadlift Rotation (DL, Rack Pull, SNDL)
