Hi guys new to the site, joined after buying practical programming 3rd ed.
I've just come from a 3 month unavoidable break from training.

I was initially going to look into Texas method but reading the book mentions starting back as a beginner which made perfect sense.

Just a couple of questions I've had a bad shoulder from too much pressing when I first started I've improved my shoulder massively by adding more upper back work and I'd like to keep it in starting strength will this be an issue?

Second question I really enjoy farmers carries something about picking up a heavy weight and carrying it I don't know but new favourite exercise will this also be an issue routine currently as

    Squat 3x5
    Press 3x5
    Deadlift 1x5
    Row 3x10
    Farmers carry

    Squat 3x5
    Bench 3x5
    Ring chin ups 3xf
    Face pulls 3x15
    Overhead BB carry

    Does anyone see any issues?

    Current stats
    77kg
    6ft
    12-13% bf
1st workouts after 3 month off
    Squat 100kg 3x5
    Press 50kg 3x5
    Deadlift 130kg 1x5
    Rows
Farmers carry 60kg length of room and back
    Then 100kg then 120kg

    Second workout
    Squat 105kg 3x5
    Bench 80kg 3x5
    Chins 10, 8, 6
    Facepulls
Overhead carry 50kg 3x back and fourth.

Cheers guys probably going to hear that it's too much but I just need to hear from someone if it is.

Just try and see. You'll know if it's too much work.
