I think i know your answer to this question, but i figured id ask anyways..

Ive had to move to a new area temporarily for work related reasons. My hours have been crazy and unfortunately, i dont have any gym access (no barbell, no free weights) where i'm at.

I'll be moving back home in about 2 months where i have my own home gym set up. My question: is it possible for me to use only bodyweight exercises to get stronger or maintain some strength during these next 2 months? Does such a program exist that I can still use bodyweight exercises temporarily to maintain some, if not any, strength on my main lifts?

My obvious concern is that my lifts will plummet these next couple months before I can return home.

    Any feedback is always appreciated.

Bodyweight is far superior to doing nothing, but will it completely preserve your strength on heavy barbell lifts - no. But you'll lose far less if you can hit a very high volume of bodyweight exercises during your 2-month absence from the gym. Push Ups, Pull Ups, Squats/Squat Jumps, Lunges, etc.
