Power Cleans/Snatches on GGW
Hi Andy,
I just started GGW last week and I'm really enjoying it. The one thing I miss is doing power cleans and snatches. If I were to add them in to the program would you recommend doing them in place of barbell rows on medium day? If so you recommend alternating movements each week or to focus on one movement for the entire cycle?

You could do them in place of rows and/or the lighter deadlifts.
