I still haven't gotten the book. But I should have it for my birthday September 2nd (along with gainzz rx ).
I know two sets of deadlifts are NDTP, but I like them now that I've researched the form and after switching my grip to alternating I need to do another set with an opposing grip to satisfy my neuroticism. I'm also eating all of the requisite calories accompanied by chocolate GOMAD.
