    Hi Andy

In a HLM setup could someone use overload movements for the Bench (slingshot bench, bench with chains, 2-4 board press etc) and Squat (quarter/half squats or squats with wraps) on the heavy day instead of the normal Squat and Bench provided they kept the medium and light day movements actually medium and light? Should these be sprinkled in once in awhile, rotated with the regular movement or could they be done week in and week out?

p.s. I'm in Baker Barbell Club right now and I really like it, down about 20lbs of body fat and lifts are staying/slightly improving. (guys if you are on the fence, just do it.)

Yes you can do that. For instance, I usually program in Rack Pulls as a heavy day exercise in place of Deadlifts. Usually these types of movements are going to be done like every other week or once every 3 weeks or something like that as part of a rotation with your regular lifts.
